During my tenure as General Manager of imes-icore USA, we successfully built and maintained approximately $375,000 in spare parts and consumables inventory. This level of stock was significantly higher than that of most competing brands in the market.While this does not eliminate all challenges related to sourcing parts, it greatly improves response time and service efficiency. In most cases, imes-icore USA has the most commonly needed components readily available in the Las Vegas warehouse, reducing downtime and supporting faster service resolution for customers.
